Replaced by the Mentee Terms of Service and the Mentor Agreement.
This document has been replaced
BuddyPath’s Terms of Service have been split into two agreements, so that each one speaks to the person reading it rather than addressing two different readers in alternate paragraphs.
- Mentee Terms of Service — if you use BuddyPath to find a mentor, book sessions and pay for them.
- Mentor Agreement — if you mentor on BuddyPath: what you are responsible for, how you are paid, and the rules you mentor under.
If you hold both roles, both apply to you — each to the part of your account it governs.
You may have previously confirmed you had read the single Terms of Service. We keep a record of what each person accepted and when, and we will ask you about the documents above rather than assuming the earlier acknowledgement covers them.
